Thank you for visiting and shopping at McKizzo Ink. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and sent within 2 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation and Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
McKizzo Ink is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Please note that our DTG Crew Socks are delayed in production due to high demand. and may take between 3-9 days in production before they are shipped.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, there may be shipping delays that are unfortunately outside of our control.
International Shipping Policy

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mckizzo@me.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some of our carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy
We do our very best to provide quality products that you will either enjoy wearing or love using in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
Please note, that all of our items are custom orders and are non-refundable as they are cut, printed with our designs and made specifically for you. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size or colour. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, printing issues or if anything is defective. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mckizzo@me.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
