Return Policy
We do our very best to provide quality products that you will either enjoy wearing or love using in your home. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your merchandise and we will be happy to find a solution.
Please note, that all of our items are custom orders and are non-refundable as they are cut, printed with our designs and made specifically for you. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong size or colour. However, we can offer a replacement order free of charge, if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error, printing issues or if anything is defective.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Be aware that McKizzo Ink may require a photo to be submitted with your problem report to begin a reshipment. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report email to avoid delays.
If something arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damaged goods to mckizzo@me.com then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
